48forty Solutions is hiring a Pallet Repairer in Lubbock, TX. This is a piece-rate role where you build and repair wooden pallets from fresh or recycled wood, with pay tied to output. The job runs on first shift with consistent hours and a focus on safety and quality.
You’ll use a nail gun, stack finished pallets for forklift movement, and help maintain high production while following all company procedures. Physical work includes lifting up to 50 lbs and overtime as needed.
