Job Duties

• Operate and set up commercial print production equipment
• Run and monitor binders, folders, booklet makers, and other finishing equipment
• Set up jobs according to production specifications
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
• Stock paper and maintain adequate production materials
• Assist with inventory and warehouse operations
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous print shop, bindery, or commercial printing experience preferred
• Experience operating finishing equipment is a strong plus
• Knowledge of print production processes and terminology
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

Equipment Experience

Experience with binders, folders, booklet makers, UV equipment, and other print finishing machinery is highly preferred.
