RAM Welding, Inc. in Lubbock, TX, seeks an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to own parts from print to finished product. You will program, set up, and operate CNC lathes, mills, and mill-turn machines, and optimize tooling, speeds, and feeds for oilfield and industrial components.
You’ll read drawings with GD&T, perform in-process and final inspections, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with management to improve cycle times and quality in a tight-tolerance shop.
