Finish Blade / Motor Grader Operator Top Pay | Local Work | Home Every NightABCI is looking for an experienced Finish Blade / Motor Grader Operator who takes pride in clean, accurate dirt work.
We are a respected civil construction contractor with steady local projects, long-term employees, and a strong reputation for quality. This is not a "seat-filler" position. We need a skilled operator who can run a blade, hold grade, work with the crew, and help finish jobs the right way.
What You'll Be Running You'll operate a CAT M-Series motor grader on civil construction projects, performing fine grading, finish work, and production support. Trimble GPS experience is strongly preferred.
What You'll DoRun a CAT M-Series motor grader for finish blade and fine-grade work
Use Trimble GPS to cut and maintain accurate grade
Work with foremen, grade checkers, and crews to meet production goals
Perform daily equipment inspections
Handle basic maintenance and report major issues early
Work safely and follow company and OSHA procedures
Work overtime when weather or project schedules require itWhat We're Looking For5+ years of motor grader / finish blade experience
Strong fine-grade experience required
Trimble GPS experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Reliable, safety-minded, and professional
Good communication with foremen and crew members
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
