Ripple Effect Artists (REA), a dynamic NYC-based theatre company, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors. We harness the transformative power of theatre and film to tackle social injustice and support human rights organizations each fiscal year.

What We’re Looking For:- Experience in nonprofit leadership or board service
- A deep‑stated passion for social justice issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote setting
- Fundraising know‑how and valuable networks
- A love for theatre and the arts!
All Board Members have a give/get requirement of $5,000 annually, ensuring that together we can amplify our impact.

- Participate in Giving Tuesday Campaign on social media with specific instructions
- Participate in our Holiday Giving Campaign with mailers/eblasts/follow‑up
- Participate in our Corporate Sponsorship Prospecting program with other members of the board
