Volunteer Coordinator; Part-Time

Refuge Services is a Christian nonprofit organization seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Volunteer Coordinator who shares our passion for serving others and embraces our ministry's mission and core values.

The Volunteer Coordinator plays a vital role in recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising our volunteer team, which includes approximately 30-40 volunteers each week
. This position requires someone who enjoys working with people, can effectively manage multiple responsibilities, and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications include:

• A commitment to the Christian mission and values of Refuge Services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory and leadership experience.
• Confidence using computers and technology.
• A genuine love for animals. Horse experience is not required, but candidates must be comfortable working around horses and in a ranch setting.
• A flexible, positive, and servant-hearted attitude.
