Refuge Services in Texas is seeking a compassionate, organized Volunteer Coordinator to recruit, train, schedule, and supervise our volunteer team of 30–40 volunteers each week, onsite in a ranch setting.
The role emphasizes excellent communication, strong organizational and time-management skills, the ability to multitask, and a servant-hearted attitude consistent with our Christian mission and values.
Pay is $13.00–$15.00 per hour, and the position is part-time with in-person work.
