Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Surgery-Neurosurgery

Responsibilities

• Regularly participates in hospital call coverage, rounding, and documentation support with neurosurgery physicians; and provides support for clinic patients in the ambulatory setting.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program
• Texas Registered Nurse license AND Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse recognition through Texas Board of Nursing
• 24 hr Neurosurgery trauma call required, 1:6
• Previous Neurosurgery experience preferred but not required

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
