Clinical Coordinator RN - Working under the supervision of the Nursing Manager, or Director of Nursing the Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional RN with demonstrated leadership and administrative competence in their selected clinical specialty. The individual represents Covenant Health and the nursing departments by interpreting and applying policies and nursing practice guidelines, planning and coordinating day-to-day unit operations of the selected specialty, and assuming accountability for utilization of human and material resources by managing those resources within established budgetary guidelines.

May be required to supervise the care provided by the staff on the unit.

• Coursework/Training:
  Graduation from an accredited nursing school program.
• Upon hire:
  Texas Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 or more years of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
