Acute Care RN – Surgery (Per‑Diem)

The RN independently uses the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients. Uses information from a variety of sources to assess, plan, implement, identify outcomes and evaluate patient’s plan of care.

• On‑site position at Lubbock Heritage Hospital (Covenant Grace Surgical Hospital), Lubbock, TX.
• Shift: Variable (days, evenings, nights). Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as scheduled.
• Work status:
  Per diem / On call (shifts scheduled on an “as needed” basis to fill staff vacancies).

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire:
  Texas Registered Nurse License or New Mexico Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.

Pay Range: $36.08 – $56.02 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
