UMC Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager I in Lubbock, Texas. This full-time position requires working on weekends with 12-hour shifts and flexible start times.
The ideal candidate will ensure appropriate management for patients, review new admissions, and collaborate on individualized plans of care. Candidates must have a valid Texas RN License, 2 years of acute care experience, and maintain BLS certification. Previous Case Management and leadership experience are preferred.
