Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our behavioral health and substance abuse treatment team in Scurry, TX. Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients in a behavioral health and substance abuse treatment setting
• Monitor patient health status and withdrawal symptoms
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff to support treatment plans
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies as they arise
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for recovery

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Texas (required)
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or substance abuse treatment (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
