Elsmere Psychiatry Group is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its expanding team in Lubbock, TX. This is a full-time, on‑site opportunity offering a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care within a highly collaborative, team‑based care model.

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions across the lifespan
- Deliver care across inpatient units and outpatient clinic settings
- Collaborate closely with an integrated care team including psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and social workers
- Participate in individualized treatment planning and discharge coordination
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Participate in on‑call rotation as required
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program
- Current PMHNP-BC certification
- Active, unrestricted Texas APRN license with prescriptive authority
- DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Prior experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Location:
On‑site / In‑Person - Physician‑led practice setting focused on delivering high‑quality behavioral health care
