Elsmere Psychiatry Group is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its expanding team in Lubbock, TX. This is a full-time, on‑site opportunity offering a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care within a highly collaborative, team‑based care model.

Position Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions across the lifespan
  • Deliver care across inpatient units and outpatient clinic settings
  • Collaborate closely with an integrated care team including psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and social workers
  • Participate in individualized treatment planning and discharge coordination
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Participate in on‑call rotation as required
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current PMHNP-BC certification
  • Active, unrestricted Texas APRN license with prescriptive authority
  • DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Prior experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and team collaboration skills
