Operating Room Registered Nurse

This position requires the nurse to work three 12-hour shifts on the weekend, Friday through Sunday. The nurse will not float between units and will not be required to be on-call. The expected patient ratio is 1:1. Candidates must possess experience with various surgical procedures including, but not limited to, abdominal surgeries, orthopedic surgeries, and trauma care. Strong skills in utilizing robotic systems for surgical purposes are essential.

Candidates must be capable of handling emergency and elective procedures in the operating room. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. Candidates should be prepared to manage diverse patient populations, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. All candidates must adhere to the dress code for nursing personnel, which includes solid-colored nursing uniforms. Travel experience is required for this position.

Commitment to weekend shifts is essential, along with the flexibility to work holiday shifts when needed. The nursing focus will encompass patient safety and adherence to standard protocols throughout surgical procedures.
