Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefit‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day‑to‑day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met.
  • Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and maintain quality care as residents’ needs change.
  • Ensure consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; may assume the role and responsibilities of a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents’ needs and staffing requirements.
  • Assist in the supervision of community‑based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provide ongoing training and education to Caregivers, including classroom in‑services and situation‑specific training; manage associates’ schedules.
  • Oversee and manage the continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management and medication supervision and/or administration in the community; conduct periodic Care Associate medication skills inventory checks and medication audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
  • Share on‑call duties as required.
  • Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1–2 years relevant experience.
  • LPN or LVN license.
