The Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse (MS RN) will be responsible for providing care to adult and geriatric patients in a Short Term Acute Care hospital setting. The position requires floating between units and adhering to a strict dress code. The RN will operate under an expected patient ratio of 1:5 and utilize the Epic Hardstop charting system.

Schedule:

Day shift, 3x12‑Hour (07:00 - 19:00). Weekend shifts required: 6 shifts in a 6‑week period.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition.
• Manage care of patients requiring various surgical and medical interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care in accordance with facility policies using Epic Hardstop.

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a Medical‑Surgical unit.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support).
