Healogics is seeking an LPN/LVN to join our wound care team in Texas. Under direction of the RN/Provider you will provide wound-related patient care, follow BLS protocols, assist in vein clinic, manage documentation, and support case management while maintaining quality of care.
Requirements include a state license, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, 2+ years of LPN/LVN experience (1+ year in SNF or LTACH), and wound care experience preferred.
