$6,000 Sign-On Bonus available for eligible rehires and external candidates who meet required qualifications.

Role: RN Resident in Pediatrics Medical Surgical. The position is onsite and requires the ability to commute to Covenant Children’s Hospital.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• Texas Registered Nurse License or Texas Graduate Nurse Permit upon hire.
• National Provider PALS – American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
• National Provider NRP – American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.

$28.75 – $43.97 per hour, with additional opportunities for shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses.
