Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant , Medical Exams $101.75​/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct clinical assessments for the people who sacrificed the most for our country. Paid on completed assessment, around $82.25 - $101.75 per hour. No evenings, no call, no prescribing, low patient volume. You pick when you want to work.

• Flexible schedule – work any hours you want, 7a‑7p, 7 days a week.
• Work 2 hours a day or 10 hours a day.
• Documentation can be done at home.
• Paid per DBQ – average time per DBQ 20‑30 minutes, typically earning $500‑700 per day.

• Perform disability assessments on Veterans for the VA.
• Review veteran medical records.
• Take a lengthy history with the veteran to understand their condition and its military service relatedness.
• Conduct a physical assessment and document findings.
• Complete complex documentation; no prescribing or treatment.

• Active state license.
• Investigative in nature, wants to understand the veteran’s claim, collect evidence, and stay unbiased.
• Can handle the challenge of completing complex documentation.
• Will be fully trained (8‑hour online training).
