Neuro Tele Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00). Weekends required: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Neuro Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in neuro tele and be comfortable floating between units as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Neuro Telemetry Unit.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry and neurological status of patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families on care and health management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a Neuro Telemetry or similar setting.
- Current and valid RN license.
- Experience with EPIC or similar electronic health record systems preferred.
- Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Trauma Level II experience preferred.
