Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing

If you're an RN looking for a flexible weekend role where you can work independently and build meaningful connections with your patients, this could be a great fit.
You'll provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. Your responsibilities may include:
- Completing patient assessments
- Providing wound care
- Administering medications
- Providing IV infusions
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Monitoring patient progress and changes in condition
- Communicating with physicians and other members of the care team
- Traveling between patient visits
You'll have flexibility in coordinating visits based on your availability and patient needs.
We work with Medicaid and private-pay insurance, so NO OASIS! You can focus on patient care without the additional OASIS documentation.
PRN position with weekend availability

Weekly pay
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Experience in ER, Med-Surg, acute care, or similar settings
- Active RN license in good standing
- Ability to work independently in patients' homes
- Reliable weekend availability
