Position will float between units. On-call is not required. Weekends are required, six per six weeks. Block schedules are approved but not required. Expected ratios are 1:3. Special requirements include ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC; two years is a hard stop requirement. Forty-eight hours are not approved.

Type of facility is short term acute care, total staffed beds are 379, and it is a Level II trauma center.
Department uniform/dress: a. The dress code for licensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN) is solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire. Scrub tops may have colored piping. Print tops are not acceptable attire except for licensed staff in the Children's Hospital (PED, Pedi, PICU, NICU). Women's Services (L&D, Mom/Baby) will meet the requirements for their unit specific scrub attire. b. The dress code for unlicensed personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT) is solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrub attire.
Print tops are not acceptable except in the areas noted above.
