Overview
Join one of the largest cotton seed operations in the world as a Quality Lab Technician. In this role, you'll help ensure high-quality seed production by performing lab tests and inspections that support farmers across the U.S. and Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform visual quality inspections on seed samples
* Conduct lab testing (pH, moisture, protein assays, titrations)
* Complete germination testing (warm & cool)
* Analyze seed purity and perform accurate seed counts
* Collect and organize product samples
Requirements
* High school diploma or GED
* Degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Natural Science, Chemistry, Biology or Science related field is a plus
* Experience in quality inspection, lab work, or agriculture preferred
* Experience with seed testing, farm work, or manufacturing QC
* Basic knowledge of biology, chemistry, or QC processes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Must provide Passport or Birth Certificate for onboarding
Schedule & Environment
* Standard:
Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* Peak season (Nov-Jan):
Day & night shifts available, up to 50 hrs/week
* Feb-May:
Weekend availability may be required
* Fast-paced lab and production environment

This is a Contract position based out of Lubbock, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
