Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00–$26.00 per hour

Shift: 1st What’s a typical day as Quality Control Inspector? You’ll be:
  • Reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and material test reports to verify product quality.
  • Inspecting and measuring various components using tools such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, dial indicators, FARO ARM, and more.
  • Conducting inspections at multiple stages (first article, in-process, final, and receiving) to support the quality assurance process.
  • Recording inspection results and maintaining detailed, accurate documentation.
  • Identifying quality concerns through reporting systems and assisting in implementing corrective actions.
  • Conducting regular calibration of inspection tools and equipment.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, training, and process updates for the inspection team.
  • Supporting a safe and organized work environment aligned with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have at least two years of related experience in manufacturing or quality control, or equivalent training.
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Are skilled in reading blueprints and have working knowledge of GD&T and ISO 9001 documentation.
  • Are proficient with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, and FARO ARM.
  • Demonstrate excellent mechanical, conceptual, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • Have strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and can manage multiple projects independently.
  • Are familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles and the 5S program (preferred).
