Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Job Summary

Portillo’s is looking for team members who can greet guests with a smile, quickly and accurately take their orders and payments. Inside and outside (Drive‑Up) positions are available. Team members take phone or catering orders to help guests plan special events, deliver completed orders by calling out numbers with a rhyme, and prepare food to the highest quality standards while maintaining a clean, sanitary workspace.

They cook food to order (Italian Beef, burgers, hot dogs, fries, salads, etc.), follow provided recipes, uphold Portillo’s standards, and ensure proper sanitation practices.

• Must have worked at Portillo’s for 1 year with an average of at least 20 hours over a 6‑month period.

• Base pay: $13 per hour.
• $2 per hour for all hours worked after 11pm.
• $2 per hour for work in temperatures below 33°F.
