Office Clerk

The General Clerk Admin is responsible for providing clerical support to assigned locations. This position will mainly be scanning in Transportation Documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing paperwork for scanning Transportation documents

Scan Receiving documents, scratch and dent inspections and load guides

Answer phone calls regarding documents, locate and send appropriate paperwork

Types correspondence for managers

Maintain the site’s files

Respond and send appropriate emails to vendors

Data Entry

Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Organization Skills and detail oriented

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift

Able to operate various office equipment as needed

Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with managers, vendors and/or customers

Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude

Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
