Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets to maintain visual integrity.;
Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and tasks to achieve visual merchandising, department, and store sales goals.;
Participate in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions, including sorting and stocking.;
Support store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience; participate in meetings/huddles.;
Model and coach visual merchandising best practices; train and develop team; communicate visual priorities.
