Handle returns, zone area, organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages;
Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member and assisting with purchasing decisions;
Maintain self-checkout area; process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Assist with securing and safeguarding assets; maintain logs and documentation; execute emergency procedures; ensure safety compliance;
Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes, tool functionality, and new program rollout
