Monitor for potential safety issues and ensure safe, clear egress to emergency exits;
Identify suspicious behavior and communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention;
Assist with loss prevention initiatives and partner with Store Leadership to minimize shortage;
Help train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives
