YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards, a keen eye for merchandising, and a strong attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed.

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain an efficient and productive Stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop plans and take action to correct them.
• Support teammates on both stock‑related and non‑stock tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Prioritize safety standards in both the Stockroom and on the Sales floor; adhere to Asset Protection standards and AEO policies.

• You have strong organization skills and attention to detail; you excel at priority‑setting and time management.

• You have prior experience in a stock‑related role.
