Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology, located in Market - SS - TX - Lubbock.

Travel up to 90 miles from home (average). Work Monday–Friday; weekends are not required.

We seek a reliable, detail‑oriented self‑motivated Field Service Representative to install and update sales floor fixtures, endcaps, and displays for leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.

• Respond to management within 24 hours of contact and keep availability up‑to‑date.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Build and install displays, end caps, and fixtures; conduct break‑fix repairs.
• Maintain and update displays per planograms and client requests.
• Fill out required forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site.
• Participate in early‑morning or team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software, ensure successful execution of related tasks, and adhere to timelines.
• Assist teammates as needed and report anomalies with correct timecards.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Accept weekend assignments as required.
• Schedule and plan hours; accommodate occasional early‑morning hours, weekends, and holidays based on client requirements.

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, and reach overhead.
• Adaptability to changing tasks and work environments.
• Effective communication (phone, text, email); use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo upload, and apps.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred: experience in retail/merchandising, installation, tool proficiency, planogram adherence).
• Own Android or Apple mobile device for photo/data upload and navigation of communication platforms.
• Complete all training assignments in a designated timeframe.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
• Strong leadership, judgment, problem‑solving, time‑management, and reporting skills.

• $16.50 per hour.
