Salary Range: $11.00 - $14.00 Base + Commission per month

Responsibilities
  • Customer service, greeting in a friendly & timely manner, creating a positive work environment.
  • Being knowledgeable and proactive in learning new promos, price changes, and policy updates.
  • Proficiency in administrative and operational tasks – filing paperwork and forms, communicating with management to resolve issues.
  • Maintaining store cleanliness, stocking accessories, and keeping displays current and compliant with corporate standards.
  • Utilizing time management, being on time, ensuring the store is ready to open, closing the store properly, and securing all sensitive items.
  • Serving as a passionate customer advocate, connecting authentically with customers and having fun with them.
  • Desire to be a part of the game‑changing Cricket store team.
  • Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
  • Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing best practices, and providing resolutions to customer issues.
  • Effectively balancing customer experience and performance goals.
  • Selling no‑contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Delivering outstanding service while striving to retain and gain customers.
  • Participating in outside sales events or promotions.
  • Working flexible hours, weekends, and holidays at various locations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales experience (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T‑Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required.
  • Management experience preferred for advancement into store management/ownership, but not required.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, Point‑of‑Sale systems, and cash handling.
