The Retail Sales Technician is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, providing technical expertise, and achieving sales goals.

• Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices.
• Be the face of Asurion and deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiences.
• Enhance customer experience using our ‘serve, solve, and sell’ method, and introduce the Asurion Connected Home products.
• Upsell Asurion products and achieve sales targets.
• Contribute to market strategy based on business and store needs.
• Efficiently multitask in a dynamic retail environment.
• Self-manage and set priorities.

• 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 6+ months of experience in product service support or technology repair (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passing background check (criminal and drug test).
