Pay range is based on experience, from $14.00 per hour to $15.00 per hour.

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) to join our fast‑paced retail environment. The role offers competitive pay, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, courteous environment.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Assist customers to reach mutually satisfying agreements on pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, self‑motivated, and positive, outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask.
• Pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background, bilingual, or certification in pawn brokerage is a plus.

Start as a trainee in a 5‑week paid training program. Earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Pursue the Pawnbroker Certification Program for an additional $1/hour. Advance to Lead Pawnbroker, and eventually Assistant Manager with a 6‑month training program.
