Best Buy 226 – Lubbock, TX 79407. Pay: $21.00 per hour.

Hours:

20 hours per week;
Friday 4:00pm–8:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00am–7:00pm. Additional holiday shifts available in November and December.

Work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products that meet their needs. Serve as the primary resource for customer questions on Meta products, providing an interactive, informative, and positive shopping experience. Train retail associates on new AI apps and tools. Build relationships within the retail environment and maintain a technology‑first mindset.

• Showcase Meta gadgets, demonstrating how they can enhance customers' lives in fitness, gaming, entertainment, and more.
• Engage, present, and ask for the sale, understanding customer needs and confidently recommending appropriate products.
• Maintain clean, organized Meta displays to highlight devices and promotions.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports using a mobile device.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders to share knowledge and create a positive work environment.
• Adhere to operational policies and represent 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing (preferred).
• Interest in AV and VR products a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work weekends and up to three one‑time weekday shifts.
• Own a smartphone with an OS compatible with iPhone

• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, and lift up to 20lb with coordination; accommodations may be made.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
