Retail Shift Leader

Role Overview

EZPAWN is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) in Lubbock, Texas. In this role you will manage daily store operations, lead a team, provide outstanding customer service, and drive sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Competitive hourly pay of $15.00–$17.00 based on experience. The position includes a 5‑week paid training program that provides a $0.50 hourly raise upon completion and transition to Lead Pawnbroker.

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Process loans, extensions, and negotiate pawn terms.
• Conduct opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise, coach, and develop store Team Members.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of supervisory, key holder, shift lead, or manager experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and proficient in time‑management.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
