Demonstrates knowledge of meat handling, cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming, and maintaining product quality standards;
Uses handheld technology to drive sales and assist customers while maintaining inventory accuracy;
Ensures compliance with sanitation guidelines and safety standards in all meat department tasks;
Keeps work area clean, organized, and properly stocked and labeled for customers.
