Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the team, ensuring a high standard of customer service and fostering a positive, energetic store environment that reflects the Texas Tech spirit.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales targets, while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect Texas Tech merchandise, providing expert advice and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
- Promote and uphold the values and traditions of Red Raider Outfitter, creating an immersive experience for fans and customers.

- Strong passion for Texas Tech University with a deep understanding of the community and culture.

- Availability to work full-time, with extended hours on holidays and game days as needed.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
