Provide an exceptional shopping experience to every customer using Kirkland's customer service model;
Drive sales by flexing into multiple roles including selling, cashiering, replenishing, setting floorsets and cleaning;
Actively engage with customers, greet with enthusiasm, and educate about loyalty programs and promotions;
Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy;
Assist in merchandise receipt, stockroom organization, and overall store maintenance
