Retail Service Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom including execution of customer service programs;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner; contact customers upon shipment arrivals as needed;
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with correct payment methods; ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store;
Perform opening/closing duties including day end procedures, bank deposits, securing the store, and managing security systems;
Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and clocking-in/out per policy;
Delegate merchandising tasks and communicate Zipline messages as assigned
