Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly; respond to guest questions promptly and professionally.;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager.;
Assist the Store Manager with onboarding, training, and ensuring staff are aligned with policies and guest service expectations.;
Schedule store associates to ensure guidelines are followed and breaks/meals accounted for.;
Count, balance, and reconcile daily POS totals and complete related paperwork accurately.
