Team Members are responsible for the successful operation of a our Monkey Splash car wash using great customer service and employee relations skills.

A Car Wash Team Members duties include:

• Ensure proper execution of all activities in and out of the car wash tunnel
• Complete training process and understand "The Monkey Splash Way"
• Monitor cash register functions and credit card handling
• Utilize POS computer software and hardware
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures
• Monitor inventory, place appropriate chemicals
• Ensure cleanliness and appeal of entire site
• Maintain safe working environment
• Maintain physical tools, car wash equipment, inventory, supplies, and personal property

• Solicit new membership accounts
• Participate in community activities

• Skills:
  
  Basic understanding of a car wash, Employee Relations, Customer Service, Intermediate Computing skills
• Basic literacy (ready, writing, math skills);
  Verbal communication skills
• Ability and licensed to operate motor vehicles;
  Ability to properly use mechanical hand tools

Frequent exposure to outside weather elements, noise, and vehicle exhaust fumes throughout the entire shift.

Position requires good corrected vision, hearing, frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, crouching, handling, reaching, and lifting.
