As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering solutions that meet our customers’ needs. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment, value accountability, and are motivated by clear goals and measurable results.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers Identify customer needs and provide project-specific quotes and solutions including finance options
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal operational and support teams
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding service
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Report
- Base drawplus Commission (uncapped earning potential)
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 7.5 days in year one, increasing to 15 days in year four and beyond
