Agrellus Account Managers provide a pivotal role in serving our clients and driving revenue for the company! You are the central connection point between Agrellus Revenue lines and our Customers;
Farmers, Retailers, and Manufacturers.

The Agrellus Revenue Lines:

  • Proving Ground Trials – A data-driven revenue stream where ag input manufacturers pay Agrellus to execute and validate on-farm product trials. This creates recurring revenue tied to product innovation cycles while positioning Agrellus as a trusted data provider in the ag supply chain.
  • Marketplace – A transactional platform generating revenue through margin capture and transaction fees on agricultural input sales. The model scales with farmer adoption and supplier participation, creating network effects that drive volume and stickiness.
  • SOLVE Sustainability – A compliance and value-capture service monetizing the growing demand for Scope 3 emissions reporting and sustainable farming practices. Agrellus earns revenue through program design, measurement, verification, and channeling incentive dollars, positioning the company at the center of the ag carbon and sustainability economy.
Requirements

Responsibilities

Setup the farmers accounts inside of the Marketplace.

Help Manage the account settings for the Farmers.

Execute submitting requests on behalf of the Farmer.

Ability to review quotes once retailers have provided them.

Relationship building and education for the users on how the platform works and offer guidance and white glove service for each active user.

Re-engaging users who have gone dormant and not used the tool in over 3 months.

Key elements needed to be hired as an Agrellus Account Manager

  • Full time availability
  • Motivated as a self starter
  • Heart to serve others
  • Relationship management skills. (Development, Cultivation, and Organization)
  • Basic Ag Knowledge or Experience is a plus
  • Technologically savvy
  • Experience working in CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Sales Force, etc..)
