Join a well-established, independent provider of retirement plan recordkeeping, administration, and actuarial services with a strong reputation for exceptional service and industry expertise. We offer a client-first approach, high-touch support, and cutting-edge technology, making us a trusted partner for financial advisors and plan sponsors. You’ll take full ownership of a prime territory consisting primarily of Arizona, New Mexico, and surrounding area in a high-growth environment.
This is a fully remote role, with occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. With uncapped commissions, full sales support, and a lean sales structure, you’ll have everything you need to build a thriving book of business.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 - $175,000 (uncapped commissions)
- Commission: 30-35% on estimated first-year revenue, paid monthly upon client onboarding

- Extensive 401(k) industry knowledge and a strong network of financial advisors.
- Proven track record of selling retirement plan services, including to DCIO wholesalers.
- Hunter mentality: self-motivated, proactive, and driven to close deals.
- Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
- Develop and expand relationships with financial advisors, DCIO wholesalers, and distribution partners.
- Drive sales growth: balance top-of-funnel prospecting with closing deals.
- Leverage support: work with SDRs for warm leads while independently generating new business.
- Lead virtual and in-person meetings to pitch and present our solutions.
- Attend industry events to strengthen your market presence.
- Stay focused on sales with limited post-sale client support (onboarding handled by another team).
