Business Development Sales Representative – Lubbock, TX

The Company is an industry leader in the distribution, installation, maintenance, and repair of a complete range of commercial, industrial, and residential door, docking and security products.

• Business to business sales presentations with industrial and commercial businesses using a consultative sales approach
• Analyze each customer's door problems; meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of doors and door building related products
• Promptly follow up to close customer projects and participate in project management when necessary
• Be responsible for achieving sales objectives
• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily

• Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred
• Minimum two (2) years outside sales experience
• Minimum two (2) years of sales experience calling on B2B customers
• Possess ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
• Must have an outgoing personality and natural affinity for taking care of customers
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
