Lead Outreach & Prospect Engagement
- Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys and legal professionals
- Introduce services and initiate meaningful conversations
- Ask targeted questions to:
- Understand needs
- Qualify interest
- Navigate gatekeepers and connect with decision-makers
- Build rapport with professional, high-value prospects
- Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team
- Ensure prospects are:
- Properly informed
- Prepared for meetings
- Manage calendars and coordinate availability
- Maintain clear communication on next steps
- Execute consistent follow-up sequences
- Keep prospects engaged across longer sales cycles
- Handle objections professionally
- Continue outreach until:
- A meeting is booked, or
- A clear decision is reached
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as:
- Hub Spot
- Salesforce
- Track:

- Lead status
- Appointments
- Ensure all communication is properly documented
- Maintain clean, structured pipeline data
- Consistent flow of qualified booked meetings
- High follow-up discipline (no missed opportunities)
- Strong appointment show-up rates

- Confident communicator (phone, email, Linked In)

Experience
- Experience in:
- Appointment Setting
- SDR / BDR
- Sales Development
- Strong outbound outreach and follow-up experience
- Excellent verbal English communication
- Confident handling objections and pushback
- Experience using:

- Scheduling tools (Calendly, Google Calendar)
- Strong organization and multitasking ability
- Reliable internet and professional remote setup
- Experience working with:

- Attorneys

- Agency or marketing services outreach experience
- Experience with high‑value or consultative sales
- Proven ability to navigate gatekeepers
