This is a full-time remote inside sales role responsible for driving revenue through consistent outbound activity, lead qualification, and opportunity progression. The Clinical Inside Sales Representative owns early-stage pipeline development and plays a critical role in converting interest into qualified opportunities and closed sales.
ResponsibilitiesThe role requires comfort with high volume daily outreach, including calls, emails, and follow up touchpoints, to engage clinicians, uncover needs, and move opportunities forward. Success in this position is measured by activity consistency, pipeline contribution, and revenue performance in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
Qualifications- Proven experience in inside sales, outbound prospecting, or a quota-driven sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to execute high-volume daily sales activity, including outbound calls, email outreach, and follow-up cadences
- Experience generating, qualifying, and advancing opportunities through the sales funnel
- Strong sales communication skills with the ability to engage clinicians, ask effective discovery questions, and position solutions
- Results-oriented mindset with comfort being measured against activity and revenue performance metrics
- Highly organized with strong time management and pipeline follow-up discipline
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability to daily KPIs
- Experience using CRM systems to track activity, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate sales records
- Ability to learn and sell technical or clinical products, solutions, or workflows
- Experience in dental, medical device, healthcare, or clinical sales environments is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
