Pay: $18/hr base; bonus up to $4/hr; total up to $22/hr.
Schedule:
16–20 hours per week;
Friday‑to‑Sunday availability required.
Dates: 7/27/26 – 11/01/26.
About the RoleIn this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Starlink residential and mobile internet products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the subject‑matter expert for customers seeking information on Starlink’s services, ensuring they have an interactive and informative shopping experience. Building relationships within a retail environment and having a technology‑first mindset are key as you explain the benefits of Starlink satellite internet.
Our team fully provides all technology training.
- Showcase the latest Starlink services and help customers see how they can enhance their internet needs.
- Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the perfect Starlink service by being the subject matter expert.
- Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
- Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports with ease using your mobile device.
- Work primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Respect operational policies while representing 2020 Companies and Starlink.

- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing (preferred).
- Ability to engage, demonstrate, and engage customers in the sales process (necessary).
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills (essential).
- Impeccable integrity and genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Own a smartphone with current Apple iOS or Android software.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
