Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

The Field Sales Engineer has a direct interface with X-FAB customers and is responsible for commercial sales activities with X-FAB’s foundry customers in the North America Region. This position is responsible for managing an existing customer base as well as developing new business. The ideal candidate will reside in the Northeast region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities
  • Work closely with our customer service teams and worldwide manufacturing sites
  • Conduct contract negotiations with our business partners
  • Address all related commercial aspects of our silicon foundry customers
  • Match customer needs and goals to our solutions and capabilities.
  • Monitor markets, trend analysis and incorporation of customer feedback and providing reports to our Technology and Marketing departments
  • Technically responsible for aligning customer needs with foundry capabilities through collaboration with field application engineers

Minimum Requirements: B.S. Degree in EE, Physics, Engineering or Business Administration. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Semiconductor field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales.
